What is my baggage allowance?

The price in Your Plan includes one small carry-on bag (40cm x 20cm x 25cm) unless otherwise stated.

We can add additional luggage as follows:

£70p/p for a large carry-on bag (10kg) or £80p/p for a checked bag (20kg). These are based on airlines' charges and we do not take any commission from these additions.

Alternatively, we can provide the Lead Passenger with the flight booking details in advance of the trip so they can add customised baggage as they see fit nearer the time.

You can choose to enquire about additional baggage now, or we can arrange this at any point before you leave.

Will I have enough time to get to the game?

Yes, you'll have ample time either side of the game. At a minimum you will arrive or depart 4 hours either side of Kick-Off or Full-Time, but in most cases it'll be much longer than this.

We'll always include directions to the ground in your Travel Kit, and keep your logistics and comfort in mind when placing bookings.

Distance from the ground: it's a 20-30m taxi, or you can go shoulder to shoulder with the locals from the city centre - there's a train to the district of the ground where the club have shuttles for their supporters (we'll provide all these instructions in your Travel Kit!)

Info: this hotel sits in a quiet location with easy access to the city's central lake. You'll also be just a few steps away from a subway station, and from there you can easily access the harbour or the city centre. We'll provide more details in your Travel Kit, with some local hotspots we think you'll enjoy too!

Can I arrange transfers to/from the airport?

Yes, in most cases we can add private transfers to/from the airport at an additional cost.

Should you wish to make your own way to your accommodation, we offer this guidance in your digital Travel Kit as well.

How do I get to/from the ground?

You should be able to see the distance to the ground in Your Stay within this plan.

The atmosphere: until a recent relegation, they were the only club in their country's top flight to have played in every season since the league’s formation. They're fighting for automatic promotion and this game is against a relegation struggler - all's to play for which should lead to a great atmosphere!

The pre-match: locals tend to gather in the city centre, famous for its partying and nightlife, to have a few drinks before home games. You can make your way from here to the stadium, which is a little out of town, alongside them. All will be revealed in your Travel Kit!
