What's the process?
Submit a response to our survey, then receive Your Plan up 2-3 days later. You can then decide whether you want to take up the proposed trip by placing a 20% deposit.
Where will I be going?
We don’t have a curated list of destinations. The location and the fixture will depend on your preferences that you’ve told us about in the survey. You’ll be finding out where you’re going 48 hours before you leave!
Okay, but seriously, what teams could I be seeing?
It could be Real Madrid or it could be Accrington Stanley (it won't be). Every single trip is unique and tailored. Even though you won't know exactly where you'll be going, Your Plan will give you a good idea of what to expect.
What's included in my trip?
The trip you purchase will include flights, accommodation and tickets to a football match. You’ll also receive hints and tips for what you could get up to either side of the footy.
How long do I have to decide whether the Plan is for me?
After receiving Your Plan you’ll have the option to purchase your trip for 7 days. We hope that’s plenty of time to consider our proposal and/or ask any further questions you may have.
Can I make changes after I've booked?
We understand that plans can change, so we offer some flexibility. You can make changes to your package up to a certain point, and we’ll do our best to accommodate any requests, but please note that additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the change. How do I receive my match tickets?
Each club varies in their method of delivery of match tickets. Where possible, we'll provide you with your match tickets via email. Alternatively you will be able to collect them from the ticket office of the club in question. Don’t worry, we’ll provide instructions.
Will I be seated with the rest of my group?
We’ll always attempt to seat everyone together, however if it’s a particularly large group we may have to split you up into segments. No one will ever be sat in a single seat unless it’s a solo booking.
Where will I be staying?
The accommodation that we select will be based on your survey responses and rated a minimum of 4/5 (Trip Advisor). It will always be in either close proximity to the stadium or near to some selected local hotspots. You’ll also receive instructions on how to get to and from the ground from your accommodation.
What happens if there is a change to the kick-off time?
We don’t book your trip until kick-off times are confirmed. We’ll ensure you arrive at the destination within 4 hours to get to the game or leave the game 4 hours prior to your departure.
What happens if a match is postponed or cancelled after we’ve paid or arrived?
In the event of a cancellation or postponement, we'll do our best to arrange for you to attend another match nearby if there’s the opportunity to do so.
