Your purchased trip encompasses everything you need for an unforgettable experience. This includes:

1. Flights: direct-only return flights to and from your European destination. Flights will never depart earlier than 8am or arrive/depart 4 hours either side of Kick-Off or Full-Time. All flights include a small carry-on bag only. Additional luggage can be requested later, or you can add these to your booking with the airline once the flight information has been revealed.
   
2. Accommodation: handpicked and vetted accommodations will ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay throughout your 2 or 3-night adventure. All venues will be rated a minimum of 4 out of 5 from at least 100 reviews on TripAdvisor. You'll either be in close proximity to the ground or some local hotspots.
   You can choose if you'd like independent or shared rooms when selecting your trip on our site. If it's a shared room, the default is a twin bed. If you'd prefer shared beds, add the note to the product in your cart or email/WhatsApp us after booking.
   
3. Match Tickets: tickets are always from a club's official ticket office and never from third-party vendors. We endeavour to sit everyone together; at a minimum, you'll always be sat with at least one other member of your group, unless travelling solo.

In addition to the essentials, you'll receive our exclusive Travel Kit a week before departure. Packed with insider hints and tips, the kit helps you make the most of your time either side of the match, ensuring every moment is well-spent and memorable.

Transfers are not included, however your Travel Kit will contain instructions of how to get to your accommodation and the airport and vice-versa.

1. Select Your Package: browse our range of 2 or 3-night surprise footy-based City Breaks. Choose the one that suits your preferences and travel dates.
2. Booking: once you've found the perfect package, proceed to our secure booking system. Enter your details, including any specific preferences or requests you may have (you can do this in the "cart"). We're flexible, so just ask!
   After submitting your payment, you'll receive a confirmation email detailing your itinerary.
3. Travel Kit Delivery: approximately one week before your departure, you'll receive our digital Travel Kit. Packed with local insights, recommendations, and useful tips, it's designed to enhance your experience on both match day and the days surrounding it.
   The Travel Kit will also include important logistical information, like how to get to the accommodation from the airport & how to get to the ground from your accommodation.
4. Enjoy Your Trip: embark on your City Break stress-free! Your package includes flights, accommodation, football match tickets, and the added value of our Travel Kit.
5. Support Along the Way: should you have any questions or concerns at any stage, our dedicated customer support team is ready to assist. Feel free to reach out before, during, or after your trip—we're here to ensure your journey is as smooth as possible.
